In order to serve you better and continue to offer our clients the latest technology at some of the most competitive pricing we have the following policies in place. Arriving for your appointment We appreciate you arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. This allows us time to get some preliminary steps completed prior to you seeing our Doctor or Technician. Appointment Preparation Many treatments available at Body Bar require preparation before the service can be performed.  For example: Hair Removal requires shaving the night before, abstaining from tanning or spray tanning and avoiding photosensitizing drugs prior to treatment.  It is important that these protocols are followed for your safety and efficacy of the treatment.  If we need to terminate the treatment due to these protocols not being followed, a cancellation fee may apply to avoid forfeiture of the appointment.  Requirements for treatments will be provided prior to booking your appointment. Late Arrivals We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment as we want all of our clients to have the opportunity to use their appointment time to its fullest advantage.  Late arrival may result in loss of the appointment, appointment cut short  or retention of deposit. Rescheduling/No Shows Your appointment time has been set aside especially for you and we look forward to seeing you.  Thank you for understanding that we require 48 hours notice for rescheduling to avoid forfeiture of appointment or applicable fees. Deposits Major treatments will require a non-refundable deposit which is due and payable at the time of booking.  This will be required for any appointment requiring 60 minutes or longer. Refunds on Products/Services or Packages Services Services that have been prepaid and unused can be refunded within 14 days provided they were not discounted, part of a package or already scheduled and time set aside for you.  This does not apply to Gift Cards as those are non-refundable. Packages There are not refunds on packages, however we may transfer unused portions to other comparable services.  Packages contain services at a discount because they are in a package, once the package is removed the used services become regular priced items, not making it worth while to cancel.  We highly recommend transferring to other services to retain your promotional value. Products No refunds on products only exchange within 14 days on unopened products. Children We appreciate your understanding child minding services are not offered within our facility.  Minors are not permitted in the treatment rooms or to be unattended in lobby area.
